The decking and lower brick courtyard make up a
Garden Theater made possible by a grant from the
Ben H. and Gladys Arkelian Foundation.

The Garden Theater has been used for such events
as cowboy poetry evenings, musical and dance
programs and an afternoon of Shakespeare, all
enjoyed under the oak canopy.

For fundraising events, meals are prepared in the
fully-equipped and modernized kitchen.

Shrubs and flowers reminiscent of the age of The
Hotel have been planted among the original flora
surrounding the building.
